An integrative, mindful, and embodied approach to grief and death.

Why grief and death work?

Death is inevitable. After birth, death is the most profound transition guaranteed in life. Grief is an emotional reaction to end-of-life anxiety, bereavement, or loss. Grief and death work isn’t about “getting over it,” but about preparing for and integrating that loss into life.

We tend to liken death to a failed battle, and consider grief an intensely private journey. Despite this, however, it is a mark of strength to hold space for to death, and to honor our personal process. When we do not grieve, when we hide death, we chip away at our capacity to love and to live.

This work is about creating a blueprint for you to honor and embody death and grief. Through ritual, mindfulness, movement, planning, and action you will be empowered to integrate loss, and create a pathway toward acceptance and healing.

Let’s talk and see if we’re a fit to work together.
